Rank Math only handles the main language of the website, the hreflang tags are added by the translation plugin. Can you please let us know which translation plugin you are using in your website?
As for your sitemap issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. After that, remove all your sitemaps from your GSC and resubmit only the primary sitemap (sitemap_index.xml).
After all the above steps, you may give Google some time to recrawl your sitemap and see if this changes the status you see in GSC.

Thanks for replying support. I have been already using it on my other website i.e https://modapkdroid.com and its working perfectly fine. Moreover, i am excluding all rankmath files in my cache plugin. Can you suggest anything else ? I am using Translatepress plugin on my both websites alongwith rankmath. I have also activated the translatepress addon.

I’ve checked your other pages, but it seems that they are set to noindex.
Please note that a URL should be set to index for it to be included in the sitemaps:
https://rankmath.com/kb/url-not-in-sitemap/#noindex
Ensure that you have already set the robots meta of your posts in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Pages, and upon editing them.
