    I hope this email finds you well. My name is [Ahmad ], and I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with the Rank Math plugin on my website.

    I have been using Rank Math for [3 years] and have found it to be an excellent tool for optimizing my website’s SEO. However, I have recently encountered a problem with the sitemap functionality.

    I have attached a screenshot that shows the sitemap page displaying a blank page after I updated it. I have tried to resolve the issue by deleting and recreating the sitemap, and initially, it works fine. However, after 2 or 3 days, the sitemap stops working, and only a blank page is displayed.

    This issue is affecting the SEO performance of my website, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.
    I have tried troubleshooting the problem on my own, but I have not been able to find a permanent solution. Your expertise and support in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

    Hello,

    We’ve tried to check the files you’ve shared but unfortunately, they have been deleted:

    However, after checking your website we can see you’re currently using the XML Sitemap Generator for Google plugin to generate your sitemap. Can you please temporary deactivate this plugin and re-enable the sitemap module of Rank Math so that we can check the issue further for you?

    Please check now fresh images attach. and now enable again rank math site map. also clear cloud flare cache lite speed cache remove sitemap in GSC and added again but same issue. you can check its shown me only first page that successful submitted but when open it to check that pages shown its blank only. when i have sitemap_index.xml with full site here its shown sitemap. please check all details and focus on image attach for GSC

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

    We’ve checked your sitemaps, and they are already working fine.

    If the sub-sitemaps are not showing after Google crawls them, then you may try submitting the sub-sitemaps instead of your sitemap index.

    Also, in your Google Search Console, you may need to wait for Google to recrawl your sitemap and the last crawl date should be updated as well.

    Issue not resolved on same state also when i am publishing new post its not getting index and not shown in google search-console but receiving traffic in Analytics but rank math just showing me pages views but no query not impression visitors only show pages views and blank what is issue going kindly help

    Hello,

    Please note that it can take some time for your posts to get indexed. It can take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks. You should check the Page Indexing Report in your GSC account to make sure that there are no issues with your URLs.

    You can also use the URL Inspection tool in your GSC account to check the current status of the URL and request indexing.
