sitemap issue index my article very slowly

    Hello, a few month ago i am creating a website which is based on Altai Balance review. i am regularly posting on it but in last a week i check my sitemap i see most of my article are not indexing on sitemap. can someone plz help me out why sitemap is indexing too slow any soulation.
