Hello,
I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with your sitemap. It looks like your sitemap is still showing the bad SEO keywords even after your hosting provider fixed the Japanese SEO keywords hack.
To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:
-
Validate Your Sitemap: You can use the Validate XML Sitemap tool to confirm if your sitemap is correctly configured. Once done, click VALIDATE SITEMAP to check for any issues.
-
Ensure the Sitemap is Located in the Root Folder: If you manually created the sitemap, ensure it is installed in the root folder of your WordPress installation. The correct URL format should be `https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Index-titles-and-meta-settings.png
-
Resubmit Your Sitemap in Google Search Console: After fixing the sitemap, remove it from Google Search Console and then submit it once again to ensure that the correct sitemap is indexed.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.
We have checked the sitemap and can see that it is loading incorrectly though it is validating correctly when using https://httpstatus.io/.
Can you please try following the steps below to see if it works for you?
#1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

#2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

#3. If the above steps doesn’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
Here’s how you can add filter/hook to your WordPress site:

After this, submit your sitemap on Google Search Console. You can find more information about how to submit your sitemap to Google Search Console here: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
Let us know how it goes.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
