I ensured that I have correctly configured sitemap settings in Rank Math. I went to Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings and confirmed that the sections I want to include are selected.

1.1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

1.2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

1.3. Apply the following filter code to your site.

After following these steps, I’m sorry that the issues persist, To be clear, Focus Keyword isn’t updated only for Taxonomies sections. but it deos work correctly with the whole site. I ensure that I have set them to be indexed. I checked this by going to Rank Math SEO → Titles & Meta and enabling the Index checkbox for my Taxonomies.
I have Sitemap file but it doesn’t include Taxonomies Sitemaps that I set up yo be included

I’d like to inform you that the issues has been fixed, Everything is now OK. The issue was that I enabled Content AI and when I disabled it the issue has been solved
