Where you able to test for plugin conflicts as we suggested to the other user in the previous thread (I moved your issue to this new thread)?
If not, you can follow this guide so we can determine the cause of your issue.
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Please let us know if you find the culprit.
