Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server.

I checked your site and I noticed that you are using an outdated version of Rank Math. Kindly update all the themes and plugins on your site and check if it fixes the issue.
Also, if you are using server-side caching, please contact your hosting support to exclude Rank Math from caching.

We just wanted to add that your team can also add the following filter to make sure the sitemap is not being cached:
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');
