Rank Math generates virtual sitemaps and does not create physical sitemap files.
However, as per the screenshot you shared through email, there’s a physical sitemap file in your website’s root directory.
Please delete that sitemap file and follow the below steps and see if that helps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps again.
