Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
That should fix the issue.
If the issue persists, please share the sitemap URL in the sensitive data section so we can check.

I checked the sitemap, it is working fine and it is validated without any errors.

Please make sure that you have excluded the sitemaps by following the guide shared above.
Then, clear your website cache, remove all the sitemaps from the Search Console and resubmit the sitemap_index.xml
in the Search Console.
