Could you please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
Thank you this did fix this issue. Additionally though, is there anyway to get our page sitemap to also include the posts vs two separate links?

Thank you for the question.
No this is not quite possible since sitemaps are created according to the post type and the two are classified under different post types.
Please note that you only need to submit the sitemap_index.xml file to your search console and not individual sitemaps.
