Hello,

Is there any way to re-create the sitemap? Seems to be something wrong with it!
Got this message when visiting my sitemap link:
“This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.”

Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please confirm the sitemap is being generated by Rank math? It is likely you have a sitemap file in your root folder which is being loaded.

Could you also flush your sitemap cache and see if the issue is fixed? You may refer to this video screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

Hello, thanks for your reply,

There is no sitemap files in my root
I never installed another plugins for SEO or sitemap generator.
Tried to “Flush” the site map, clearing the cache, no luck there!

Thank you for the additional information.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to check for a plugin conflict using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, and it seems to have an issue with your server. Could you please manually disable all plugins and enable Rank Math only if the issue will be fixed?

Also, there’s an issue with domain canonicalization based on your first screenshot. You have both HTTP and HTTPS for your website sitemap URL.

Hello, I found that there is conflict with “SG Optimizer” plugin.
After re-activating it again, and investigating the problem, found there is a conflict with I activate “Web Fonts Optimization”. Check my Screenshot.
