Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I have done those changes.
But I have no cache plugin I have wp fastest cache plugin but after this issue, I have deleted that plugin also but still facing the issue.

Your main sitemap loads correctly. Your post and page sitemaps seem to be the ones with issues. Please go through this section to fix this issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/#blank-page
It is likely you have static sitemap files on these in your root folders. If the issue persists, please include your FTP logins too so we can dig deeper into the issue.
