Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
This doesn’t seem normal, do you want we try to check in your website if there is some misconfiguration?
If yes, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I have just checked your sitemap settings and everything seems fine.
About the case 2 you talk about in the Sensitive Data section, I have checked and it seems it is now in the sitemap. Keep in mind the addition to the sitemap is not instant, it can take some minutes.
About the case 1, since it is set as index and it is in the sitemap, there is nothing more you can do, since it is up to Google.
Please note that it is completely upto Google if they want to index or not index your website. So, if you haven’t willingly or accidentally made your posts noindex and Google still isn’t indexing your page – it means that either Google doesn’t want to index or hasn’t crawled your page yet because it hasn’t allocated that much crawl budget to your website.
Please check this website for more details.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Your reply seems to confirm that RankMath is only good at ranking position?
See image “April l2 Start Rank Math” where my business averaged thousands of impressions per day and 25 clicks. (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rkdsQnh8aJBZkOee3NEqcVGvb_CsM7H_)
Now on image “May 20 RankMath Results” everything that matters is 80% down.

I want to make sure this is what your product and support are confirming.
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up.
The screenshots you have provide are the same.
Rank math is more of a tool to help you in building your site SEO. Your site apperance on search results depends Google and on how good your SEO is.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hi,
I just checked your website’s sitemap again.
Both the URLs are in the sitemap, as my colleague said:
and the other one:
So, the URLs are correctly indexed and included in the Sitemap.
The fact that you are seeing Indexed, not submitted in sitemap
in GSC might be because Google just hasn’t seen the new sitemap yet.
You can delete the sitemap in GSC and add it again after clearing the cache.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
RankMath site map results are going from really bad to much worse in the past week. I installed Rank Math on April 18th. As you can see in the past week of May the one metric (avg. position) that RM was doing good with has dropped off a cliff.
When I look a search console/performance I can see that there are now 700 pages Excluded. There are no error reports.
