You can disable the sitemaps you do not want by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings.
You can keep just the post and page sitemaps enabled and disable the rest.

all the subfolder as off but still I see category, houzez etc. they are in the sitemap. I just wanna select posts and pages in my sitemap. Why I have that problem while setting them off except posts and pages?
