Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems your sitemap was being cached on your site. I added `https://yourdomain/(.*)sitemap(.*) in the list of pages to be excluded from caching in your site (WP Fastest cache > Excludes) which should exclude all sitemap URLs from caching. Please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
3. Remove submitted sitemaps on your GSC and resubmit only the main sitemap file(sitemap_index.xml)
That should fix the issue.
