However, there’s nothing to be worried about as it is easier for bots to crawl the sitemaps with fewer links.

As mentioned by my colleague, since your website consists of a lot of posts types that cover individual movies, casts, and directors, Rank Math creates an individual sitemap for each.
There’s nothing you should worry about.
To control how many links each sitemap page, you can head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > [your post type] and adjust your “Links per Sitemap” to a much higher count link 1000.
Do make sure that your server resources can handle the links generated per sitemap.
