Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the sitemap on your website. Thank you for providing the URL for reference.
Based on the information you provided, it seems like you are experiencing a blank sitemap issue. This can be caused by various factors such as conflicts with other plugins, caching, or invalid XML code.
To address this blank sitemap problem, please follow these steps:
-
Check Source Code: Verify if there are any blank lines or spaces in the source code of your sitemap. You can use tools like Computer Hope to check the source code.
-
Exclude Sitemap from Caching: If caching is causing the issue, exclude the sitemap from being cached. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in our tutorial.
-
Plugin or Theme Conflict: Use the Health Check plugin to identify if there is a conflict with another plugin or theme causing the blank sitemap.
If after following these steps the issue persists, please let us know, and we will assist you further.
Thank you for reaching out to us!

I need assistance from a human as I have done everything the documentation says, but the error persists.
Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
This issue is occurring because on your database entries there are some Unicode characters that are preventing the sitemap from correctly loading.
Please access your WordPress database and check the table wp_options. You’ll notice entries like blogname with Unicode characters instead of the correct characters in there.
To be more specific, you may take a look if you find a similar entry like Mi Pequeño Mundo in the option_value column. Here is an example screenshot below for your reference:

Please fix that entry or any other similar type of entry by removing Unicode characters. You can also just replace the entry with Mi Pequeño Mundo and the sitemap should start showing up fine.
If you see your sitemap still loading with the same error even after applying the fix, please try clearing the caches from your site and it should work fine.
We could also perform these checks. But for that, we would need cPanel/phpMyAdmin access to handle the situation.
Hope this helps solve your issues.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
