Sitemap Getting Error Again & Again

    hello,

    Earlier we had a Yoast SEO plugin installed on our website i.e. kyrosports(dot)com

    After that we moved towards Rank Math SEO we have not any issue with Rank Math SEO but now the major problem we are monitoring from last one month is that again and again it’s showing Sitemap Errro Coudn’t fetch in google search console.

    It’s not getting update automatically.

    Secondly sitemap is also not working it shows 404 page not found first but then we moved to Rank Math SEO menu in our website save sitemap and after saving sitemap it shows sitemap and no 404 error.

    Afetr saving again we need to submit the sitemap on google search console and it’s get submitted successfuly but afetr few days again it shows couldn’t fetch error and we have to repaeat the whole process again and again,

    It’s affecting our SEO rank now.

    Please help us to fix this sitemap issue which we have never faced with Yoast SEO plugin.

    Provide the solution on priority.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It is likely that the sitemap file is getting cached on your site which is causing the frequent 404 errors.
    I can suggest that you head over to your caching plugin settings and modify the caching rules to exclude the sitemap file. It would also help if you could temporarily disable your Cloudflare cache or similar server side cache if enabled and let us know how this goes.
