Sitemap Generating False URLS

    Hi,

    I’m generating xml sitemap using Rank Math plugin and lately I got to know about an issue.

    Actually, on this sitemap https://portlandtractor.com/product-sitemap11.xml, there is a url/page (https://portlandtractor.com/product/used-washer-4v5234/) which is causing a 404 error. When I checked this particular product on the backend, I couldn’t find it either so I was wondering how come it is still on the sitemap itself?

    You might think this product went out of stock for which the page is not visible but on my site I’m keeping all the out of products as well on the sitemap so this shouldn’t be an issue.

    Would it be possible to troubleshoot my issue?

    Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
