This integration works out of the box and automatically includes your multilingual content in the sitemap created by Rank Math.
You can verify this by visiting your sitemap index at yoursite.com/sitemap_index.xml and then navigating to yoursite.com/post-sitemap.xml or yoursite.com/page-sitemap.xml. You should see all of your multilingual posts or pages included in the sitemap that Rank Math created for you.

Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please note that the sitemap generation for multilingual websites is controlled by the translation plugin and not by our plugin. We add the main language sitemap and then the translation plugin handles how the other pages are added to the sitemap, or if they should get added to the sitemap.
