Sitemap For Amp Stories Not Updating

    Hello,

    I am making amp-stories with a third party website which published the stories directly to my site. The Rank Math sitemap was updating until recently with new stories published on the site.

    Today i published another 2 amp-stories and they do not appear in the sitemap. It’s been about an hour.

    I purged my cache, opened the sitemap in incognito window, excluded sitemap caching in the W3 Cache plugin, went to the RankMath sitemap settings and pressed save again.

    Nothing seems to work. Please assist.

    I currently have 5 total stories which should appear in that sitemap. 3 which are already there and 2 which were created about an hour ago.

    Hello,

    We see all 5 URLs in the sitemap:

    We did a hard refresh while keeping the sitemap open:
    Windows: Ctrl + F5
    Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
    Linux: F5

    If you run into this issue again, you can delete Rank Math’s sitemap cache by changing the number of links per sitemap from 200 to 201 and then changing it back to 200 after ensuring the sitemap updated.

    With that being, you might want to consider using the official Web Stories plugin by Google which is 100% compatible with Rank Math:
