Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It looks like your sitemap file is getting cached by W3 Total Cache, here is a screenshot:
Please head over to your caching settings and add an exclusion for the following sitemap pages:
– page-sitemap.xml
– product-sitemap.xml
– product_cat-sitemap.xml
– wpsisac_slider-category-sitemap.xmlLooking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello, Thank you very much for your quick reply!
Here is what I did: http://epvpimg.com/ExSFaabIt seems like it worked for me.
I have one other question:
How can I remove those slashes in my xml files?:

Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
I am glad that this fixed the issue. For the second part, please do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
Thank you. I have tried your solution. unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
Thank you in advance.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Hello,
I don’t know how but there is only one slash left now in both page xml-sitemaps. Is it possible that these slashes are blanks for pages which are set on “private”? And are not published?
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
