Sitemap error. Unsupported data

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issue you are facing. It seems like the sitemap is not created correctly.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Please let me know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    I followed all of these steps and even with everything turned off and down to a barebones website, Google still says the sitemap is an unsupported file.

    I was not able to figure it out, but I installed the Google Sitemap Generator plugin and that worked. I will just use that and I turned off the RankMath Sitemap
