I tried checking your sitemap page and it seems to be working on my end. I also submitted it to a Sitemap Validator and it returns with no error. Please see the screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Remove your sitemaps from your Google Search Console and resubmit only your primary sitemap (https://yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml)? After that, give Google some time to recrawl your website and see if the error goes away.
