There is no error with your sitemap and it’s normal that the sitemap has a noindex tag to prevent the actual XML file from being indexed.
The URLs that are inside the sitemap are all set to index and that’s what really matters.
You should submit the sitemap to Google by following this article: https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/
