Sitemap Error: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header

    Hello,
    I checked out my google console and I discovered this error when I tried live testing sitemap_index.xml
    I have read different types of your article but I can’t seem to clear it off. I use WordPress multisite and this is affecting one of my subdomains.

    How can I solve this?

    1. Check Your WordPress Global Settings:

      • Ensure that the Discourage Search engines… option is not enabled at WordPress Dashboard → Settings → Reading. This option might be preventing Google from indexing your site. Here is a screenshot for reference:

    2. Ensure Your Robots.txt Rules Allow Your Website To Be Indexed:

      • Check for any disallow tag in your website’s robots.txt file that might be blocking Google from crawling your pages. You can edit the robots.txt file using Rank Math at WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Edit Robots.txt. Here is a screenshot for reference:
