From the error message you shared, it seems that you’re submitting an incorrect link of your sitemap to your Google account.
Your sitemap URL should be yourdomain.com/sitemap_index.xml. Could you please confirm if you’re submitting the correct URL to your Google Search Console account?
Rank Math’s sitemap is generated virtually/dynamically so it will not show in your website’s root directory.
