Thanks for your reply. I already told you my sitemap is valid but when i visit on product category link https://buypackagingboxes.co.uk/product_cat-sitemap.xml then I’ll show image 0. please check my provided sitemap link so you can get the idea.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
Your product categories don’t have any images of their own.
All the images are loaded as product thumbnails in the frontend, and that’s why you are not seeing any images in the product category sitemap.
Please note that if there is a product with images in a product category, then the image count would be shown for that product only i.e, in the product sitemap and not in the product category sitemap.

i want to let you know that I’ve also uploaded the product category images. How i can send you a screenshot image? so you can believe me that I’ve uploaded the product category images but not shown 0 count images in the product category sitemap.
