Hello,
I tried to access the sitemap generated by your plugin on my site
unfortunately it is not working properly.
I tried to do a health check but couldn’t see any conflict.
So I installed another sitemap app XML Google Sitemap and now the sitemap is working as you can see here
Therefore I would like to deactivate the sitemap feature on your plugin but it’s not working, the wheel keep spinning and it does not turn off. See capture below.
Can you please help either deactivate the sitemap feature on your plugin OR fix the sitemap with your plugin. Thanks a lot for your help.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
