  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems to be working fine. You can also validate the sitemap in this link https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html

This issue might be due to your website caching, please exclude your sitemap in your caching plugin:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/#wp-super-cache

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

Hi, I just see the sitemap link working.
But it shows only 1 link, although I have thousands of article.

    Hello,

    Thank you for following up.

It seems that your sitemap is being cached; that’s why the links are not showing.

Can you please follow these steps?
    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

And that should fix the issue.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

    Hello,

    Thank you for following up.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that it is still being cached even excluding them in your caching plugin and saving your sitemap settings as you can see in the screenshot in Sensitive Data section. In this case, you may need to get in touch with your web host to exclude your sitemap in server caching.

I hope that helps. Thank you, and looking forward to your update.

Hi, after contacting my hosting provider to clear cache, they guide me to clear cache of CloudFlare. After follow their guide, the site map is still not working.
I’m really confused and frustrated now. I don’t know how to solve this problems.
    Regards

    Hi,

I went through your site and the said missing articles were of movies post types. The issue causing the WordPress error is in a way related to the large number of the content you have compared to the PHP Memory limit set for your site. You should consider increasing the limit.

That said, I changed the links per sitemap on your sitemap settings to 500 and now your movie content is added to your sitemap as shown in this screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/VbJbc9

Please check from your end in an incognito tab and let us know.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you

    Thank you very much Mr.Davis!
I just increased PHP memory limit from 128M to 256M and change sitemap setting to 200. Everything works very well.
    Thank you very much!
