This feature was added just a week ago and we have made multiple improvements internally. The KML file is automatically created when Geo-coordinates are present at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO. However, it should be only available for Rank Math PRO users.
The KML file in the free version has to be enabled using a filter. In this case, if you added the filter in your theme’s functions.php file – please remove that to get rid of the Locations.KML file.
If you haven’t added the filter intentionally, we are going to be fixing all these issues in an upcoming version and we would really appreciate your patience in the meantime.
