1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that it’s getting a white page, but with Rank Math codes in it. In this case, it seems that you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml). You should FTP into your server and remove the file as Rank Math will generate a virtual sitemap on your website.

Podría indicarme si está en algún subdirectorio? En wp-includes he visdo archivos con el nombre “sitemaps” pero no terminan en .xml En el archivo raiz no veo tampoco que haya ningún archivo .xml

Have you also check if you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap?
The location should be in public_html/ where it is the root of your website.

Upon checking your FTP, I do not see the duplicated sitemap. We still need to access your WP Admin to check further. It seems that the blocks are coming from your hosting (The redirect points to a web hosting site). Perhaps you can talk to your hosting if they have any caching running server-side?
Also, I do not see any security plugin while checking your plugin list. What security system are you using?

Me indican desde el hosting que tienen la funcionalidad de bloquear accesos al panel de wordpress desde navegadores que no están en español, me aportan este solución para que podáis acceder sin problemas al /wp-admin:
Para acceder, no tenéis más que añadir alguno de los idiomas permitidos al navegador; por ejemplo para Chrome podéis hacerlo siguiendo estos pasos:
Id al menú arriba a la derecha -> “Configuración”
En la parte inferior, haced clic en Mostrar “configuración avanzada”
En la sección “Idiomas” -> “Añadir idiomas”
Añadid el español a la lista
Para añadirlos en Mozilla Firefox:
Id al menú -> “Preferencias”
“Contenido” -> “Idiomas” -> “Seleccionar …”
Aquí elegid el español como idioma ( el que especifique [es] ) y añadidlo al navegador en cualquier lugar (no tiene por qué estar de primero).
Sea cual sea el navegador, cuando terminéis de añadir el idioma borrad la cache y las cookies y reiniciad el programa; así ya deberíais poder entrar en la web de forma normal.
