The sitemap is working fine in the browser. You can confirm the same by going domain(.)com/sitemap_index.xml
I also validated the sitemaps URLs on this link: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html and your sitemaps seem valid
Could you please check the following:
Have you verified the correct version of your website on Google? Please check if you have verified the www (or non-www) and https (or http) version of your website. If there is a mismatch, please fix that.
Finally, please remove the currently submitted sitemaps and resubmit only the main sitemap xml in your GSC, that is: /sitemap_index.xml.
If you have followed these and you are able to view your sitemap without any problem, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly and the issue may be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.

Same issue with third party plugin discovering 0 Urls but post-sitemap.xml discovering correct urls the thing is issue with sitemap_index.xml ….i have given you login url can you fix it ?

If the issue is happening even with a thirdparty plugin then it is likely an issue with either your site or Google.
I checked your site and it seems to be a Google blogger site, not a WordPress site. Rank math is only meant for WordPress sites and may therefore not work with your blogger as expected.
