    Sitemap could not be read

    General HTTP error

    We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.

    i tried everything and also reinstalled rank math plugin but now working still facing same issue. there is no error code like 404.

    check below ss please

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please follow these steps?

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    If the issue persists after following that guide, please share your website URL here so we can further check it from our end.
