It looks like you are serving a cached version of your sitemap to Google and your visitors.
You must add all the sitemap file locations to the exclusion list in your Cache plugin so that the sitemaps are never cached.

This is required since Sitemaps are already cached internally by Rank Math and we flush them every time you post something new and with our cache – you won’t see the issue you are seeing in Google.
After excluding your sitemap URLs and purging your cache, you can remove and resubmit your main sitemap only on GSC.

No, you do not have to remove the caching plugin.
You just have to exclude your sitemap from being cached.

I’ve checked your sitemap, and it seems that you haven’t yet verified the correct version of your website www (or non-www) and https (or http) in Google. Please refer to the screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please ensure that only 1 version of your sitemap is working, and the rest are redirecting to it.
