We’ve checked your sitemap, and it is already working fine. You can also validate it using this tool:
https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/validate-xml-sitemap.html
However, your robots.txt contains a disallow all rule for all bots and crawlers.
In this case, please update it to our default and recommended rules:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Sitemap: https://www.winepalacegoa.com/sitemap_index.xml

Once done, clear your website and server’s cache, then remove your sitemap in your Google Search Console and resubmit it.
