This issue is not stemming from Rank Math, I have installed the Google XML sitemaps plugin but no links are generated for the posts sitemap as well.
I have narrowed down the issue to your Polylang settings. The options to share or translate post URLs in not available in the free version of the plugin which is likely causing this issue.
The links are added to the sitemap when Polylang is deactivated. I can suggest that you reach out to the guys from Polylang and check if there are any workaround to fix this.

It seems that Rank Math have no support for Polylang.
In my opinion option like “sharing the same slug” (only pro version Polylang) is not necessary to working with.
I have tested several plugins for sitemap generation, some of them are doing well and adding “hreflang” attribtute to xml, unfortunately they cannot share post settings with Rank Math.
