HELP IS NECESSARY?
When you enable preloading, WP Rocket will create the cache starting with links on your home page followed by sitemaps you specify. Booting is triggered automatically when you add or update content and can also be triggered manually from the admin bar or from the WP Rocket Panel.

You should also head to WP Rocket >Cache > Excludes and make to add your sitemap URLs to be excluded from caching.
