I’ve checked your sitemap, but it seems to be working fine.
For troubleshooting, please follow the steps below:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
3. Remove all your sitemaps again from your Google Search Console and resubmit only the primary one (sitemap_index.xml)

Hello,
I’ve deleted the sitemap off of Search Console, the problem still remains.
I’ve also flushed the sitemap cache.
I don’t think I have a caching plugin and Cloudflare doesn’t cache sitemaps by default.
What else could it be and what are the steps to fixing the issue?

I also checked your sitemap but didn’t find any issues there. I’ve attached a screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In this case, can you please try to add the following filter on your site?
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

Once done, please try to resubmit your sitemap once again in the Search Console.
