Sitemap can be read, but has errors

    Hi RankMath Support Team
    I have a problem with my sitemap in Google Search Console. Recently I have got the error Sitemap can be read, but has errors. I followed the similar tickets and did the following.
    1.Cleared the Cache
    2.Checked the sitemap in validators and got the error : Incorrect http header content-type: “” (expected: “application/xml”)
    3.Deativated all the other plugins
    4.Deactivated Sitemap Module and installed 3rd party plugin but the same error in Validator

    I included my sitemap link in Sensitive Data

    I look forward to hearing back from you to fix this error

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    I checked and validated your sitemap and everything seems to be fine from my end. Here is the validation URL

    Please check your sitemap in a private browser to avoid browser caching. If no issues are detected, please resubmit your main sitemap in the GSC(you should only have your sitemap_index.xml submitted)

    If you are able to view your sitemap without any problem and there is no validation issue, then Rank Math is outputting your sitemap correctly and the error must be coming from Google. You can try and use a 3rd party sitemap plugin to confirm. Just make sure you have disabled the Sitemap module of Rank Math in WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard when using a 3rd party sitemap plugin.

    If the other plugin works, please do let us know.

    Thanks for your reply Michael
    I have used a third party plugin and the error was there

    And I checked the url you sent wasn’t my site map.
    I checked sitemap right now and I got the error again.

    My guess is that there is something wrong with my cdn setting

    Hello,

    The issue here is that your web server is blocking access to bots from checking the sitemap:

    It happens even when using any other sitemap or SEO plugin.

    Could you please check with your web host and ask them to not block bots from checking the sitemap and other URLs? Or, at least whitelist Google and other important bots.
