Why do you have your permalinks structure like “/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/”? I mean the “index.php” at the beginning?
It is causing the issue in the sitemap generation, if you remove “/index.php” from the permalinks structure and resave the permalinks, the sitemaps are generated.
Could you check it?
