Sitemap 404 Error

    Hello,

    We already tried your suggestions on how to fix the sitemap but still, the page still show a 404 error and when submitting the sitemap on google search console it couldn’t fetch. Please help me with this, I need this to be fixed soon. Thank you.

    In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    Hi Agnes,

    Thanks for the access.

    Although you had enabled the Sitemap module, you had not enabled either the post or page sitemaps which is why you were getting a 404.

    I have enabled them from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Posts/Pages.

    Now, the sitemap files are working fine.
