Meanwhile, please try to follow the steps below and see if that works for you.
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. If the above steps don’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

When I tried to visit the URL https://www.ipdt.pt/?sitemap=1, I can see a blank page being loaded. Though if you see the source code, it shows the content of the webpage. Even XSL file doesn’t loads and gives 404 error. You can follow the steps mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/#blank-page
I would still suggest to contact the hosting provider as some rule written on server level or htaccess file which is making the sitemap load 404 error. Or, alternatively, you can make the ?sitemap=1 load by default. For this please follow the steps mentioned here: https://rankmath.com/kb/sitemap-404-error/

We’ve checked your /?sitemap=1 and found the following error:
Error loading stylesheet: A network error occurred loading an XSLT stylesheet:

Can you please confirm if you’ve set any rules on your .htaccess file for trailing slash? If so then please share the rule with us so that we check further.
However, if you don’t have any kind of similar rule on your .htaccess file then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
