Rank Math adds the Sitelinks search box only to the homepage. We are aware some SEO plugins add it to the entire website but that is not the correct way to do it.
It only needs to be present on the homepage as per Google:

First at all, remember that rich snippets displayed in Google Search can be available and in any moment don’t be displayed by Google, as they explain on their official documentation: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/sitelinks-searchbox
About having the searchAction on your pages, as the previous link says, Google only wants that snippet on the homepage and not on any other page, so you should only see it on your homepage and to be displayed there or not depends on Google.
