  • Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. It seems that your articles are not appearing in the search results when using the site: operator, and this is affecting your traffic and SEO.

The issue you are facing could be due to a variety of reasons, including indexing problems or site-wide quality issues. To address this, we recommend checking the indexing status of your articles using the URL Inspection Tool in Google Search Console.

If you find that your articles are not indexed, you may want to ensure that Google has indexed your URLs. You can do this by typing in site: followed by the post or page URL into your address bar and clicking Enter on your keyboard. If the content does not display in search results, you should return to Google Search Console and click REQUEST INDEXING.

Additionally, it’s important to consider the overall quality of your website and ensure that your articles provide valuable and useful information to users. If you’re seeing important pages not being indexed, it could be an indication of a site-wide quality issue.

We hope this helps address the issue you are facing. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to us.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

it would be really nice if customer service read the emails properly.

I will let you read it again and give you more information. as i have previously said, i import some articles and they are picked up on site:in2town.co.uk within a couple of minutes. However, my articles that I write and publish are taking around 24 hours to be picked up on site:i2town.co.uk i have given you two examples above on one i wrote and one that has been imported.

i want to know how to solve this, how to have the articles that i write to be indexed as fast as the ones that are imported.

    Hello,

Please note that indexing an article in an instant is a challenging thing since you would depend on the search engine even if you make use of an Instant Indexing API.

This depends on several factors such as domain authority and consistency of content publication.

We can confirm from our end that your sitemaps, and post meta tags are working perfectly fine.

In fact, having to get your post indexed within 24 hours is very good enough. Some other sites even have trouble getting their post index within weeks.

As a last troubleshooting for this particular issue of yours, please check for URLs in your Google Search Console and look for any coverage issues that may tell us why your website is not being indexed on the SERP right away.
