  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    Could you please change the following line that can be found in class-seo-analyzer.php on line 380 on this path: ..\wp-content\plugins\seo-by-rank-math\includes\modules\seo-analysis from:
    $request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 20 ] );
    $request = wp_remote_get( $api_url, [ 'timeout' => 60 ] );

    Let us know if this fixes the issue.

    Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Where is it, exactly?

    Hi Alberto, I have the same issue, and although you gave a fix, I have no idea where to edit the .php code you suggested. I have searched all over google, but I just don’t understand it. Can you please help me?

    Please use any FTP client and point it to:

    Your Website's Root Folder/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/seo-analysis/class-seo-analyzer.php

    If you would like us to make that change, please share your FTP details with us.

    Thank you.

    Thank you. I’ve no idea how to do that. How can I share FTP details? what are they?
    Sorry to be such a pain.

    Thank you for the follow up.

    Could you please share your site cPanel access then. If you don’t know how to share this either, please get in touch with host to show you how.

    Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.
