    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    Is the ’ appended to the http version on purpose or accidental?

    You may want to verify the https version of your website as well and then try loading the sitemap in that.

    Thanks for the response! I do not have a http version of the website. It has always been https from creation so that’s why I don’t know why it’s showing: http://koloachurch.com/sitemap_index.xml. I don’t know where the ’ came from as all I did was copy and paste the error message from RankMath. It doesn’t show up when I just did the same thing above. In my Google Search Console it only shows the https version of my website.

    Any more help you can offer?

    I see that you folks are actively responding on Facebook. Should I direct my issue via that platform? As stated above my site was created as https and never http. Morever, Googele has verified my sitemap under https. I am just unable to use your search console feature to see any stats. I would really appreciate some help on this matter. Many thanks!

    It looks like this problem is related to your hosting. I can recommend that you get in touch with your host and seek their help in creating a .htaccess redirection from the http version to the secure version of your site.
