To resolve this, you should remove the custom canonical from those posts and allow Rank Math to generate the canonical. This should ensure that only indexed posts appear in the sitemap.

2. As for your WordPress dashboard not updating, this could be due to various reasons, including caching issues or conflicts with other plugins. To troubleshoot this, you can try clearing your website cache, disabling any caching plugins temporarily, and checking for any recent plugin updates that might be causing conflicts.
