site map not added new post url and google search console fail to retrieve data

    The sitemap are not working properly, it is not added new post url automatically, I have hit save button of permalink and sitemap setting, after that url updated in sitemap, but do i need to do it everytime when i add any post? Moreove, Google search console reply: index but not submitted in the sitemap” how can i solve this problem. So any changes in the post not updated in google althoug i made request for reindexing in google

    It is likely that there is some aggressive caching of the sitemap file on your site. Could you please check if this file has been excluded from your caching rules?

    I am using WP rocket plugin ( this types of cache plugins are used every site owner, so can you please specify and give an example and please guide me on how to solve this issue

    Have you excluded the sitemap files from being cached in WP Rocket?

    Here’s how it should look:
    null

    If that doesn’t work, please share with us your sitemap URL and the URL you are mentioned is not in the sitemap.
