    Hi RankMath,

A few weeks ago i indexed my sitemaps and pages manually in Google Search Console.

The rest of the SEO on the website itself is done with RankMath (scores all 75 or higher), now 2 weeks later i look in my Google Search Console and all pages are indexed succesfully, but only 2 to appear in Google, even if i specifically search on the exact title of the page.

Can you provide me more information?

    With kind regards,

    Devon

  • Hello,

We apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with your indexed pages not appearing in Google search results. It’s great to hear that all your pages are successfully indexed in Google Search Console.

To address this issue, we recommend using Rank Math’s Instant Indexing feature to inform search engines to index your pages instantly. You can enable the Instant Indexing module by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO and then hover over the post you wish to index and select the Instant Indexing: Submit Page option.

You can also monitor your site’s indexation status with the Index Status report in Rank Math’s Analytics. To do so, navigate to Rank Math SEO → Analytics in the WordPress dashboard and click on the Index Status tab to get real data/status of your pages as well as their presence on Google.

If you still have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly from here, and we’re always here to help.

    Kind regards.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

That simply means that your pages are not optimized for the title and search term you are using to try and find them.

If you want to find all pages indexed from your website you need to use the site operator and search on Google like so:

    site:www.vjdigital.nl

With a search like that, you’ll see pages that Google has indexed from your website.

Hope this helps clarify the situation.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hi Miguel,

Your answer was: “That simply means that your pages are not optimized for the title and search term you are using to try and find them.”

Can you provide more information about that?

Also i have searched with site:sitename but i can see that the snippet titles from some pages are NOT correct. Does this mean that Google didn’t crawled those pages correctly?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    With kind regards,

    Devon

    Hello,

Your answer was: “That simply means that your pages are not optimized for the title and search term you are using to try and find them.”

Can you provide more information about that?

When you search on Google using some keywords, Google returns some results related to the keyword you have used. The website pages that are shown on the search result page are optimized for the keyword you used in the search.

So, if you search on Google using the page title or any other keyword(s) from your website and your website page is not showing, it means the website page is not optimized for the keyword you used in the search.

Also i have searched with site:sitename but i can see that the snippet titles from some pages are NOT correct. Does this mean that Google didn’t crawled those pages correctly?

Please note that it is common for Google to do this nowadays. Even when everything is fine, Google may choose to display a different meta title for your search query result. Google may sometimes ignore the custom metadata you have set and instead display something from the page’s content that better matches the search intent.

Since the pages are already indexed, it is up to Google to show your content for the desired search keyword. Google sometimes tries to adjust the title according to the search intent.
